Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating a new charter for the City of Powder Springs, approved March 13, 1970 (Ga. L. 1970, p. 2760), as amended, so as to provide for city council terms and qualifications for office; to provide for election of the city council and mayor; to provide for the powers and duties of the city manager; to provide for the qualifications of the municipal court judges; to provide for a code of ethics; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
